READ Jackson County’s annual 5K Run for Literacy will begin at 11:10 a.m. New Year’s Day at the Freeman Field Sports Complex, 2743 S. State Road 11, Seymour.
Registration begins at 10 a.m., and there is a $15 entry fee. Online registration is available at indianatiming.com.
