Scott Carr, 51, of Seymour, died unexpectedly at 11:15 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 21, 2015, at home.

He was a member of Zion Lutheran Church.

The funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Voss Chapel with the Rev. Jeffrey Stuckwisch officiating.

Visitation will be from 1 to 6 p.m. Sunday and from 9 a.m. until the time of service.
