COLUMBUS
Helen Jeanette Collins, 76, of Columbus died at 10:23 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 30, 2015, at Our Hospice of South Central Indiana Inpatient Facility.
Survivors include a son, Jack Edward Collins of Columbus; a daughter, Cheryl (Jay) Nicely of Lake City, Florida; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Collins; and a daughter, Teresa Mozingo.
The funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Dove-Sharp and Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Services in North Vernon.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday and from 9:30 a.m. until time of service Tuesday at the funeral home.
Burial will be at Vernon Cemetery.
