The Jackson County Public Library will offer a free craft program for ages 5 to 11 at 3:30 p.m. Thursday at the Medora Library and for all ages at 3:30 p.m. Oct. 7 at the Crothersville Library.

Participants will make a Halloween witch’s legs bookmark.
