NORTH VERNON
Samuel Lawrence Combest, 83, of North Vernon, died at 2:38 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 24, 2015, at his residence.
Survivors include a son, Samuel Allen (Karen) Combest of North Vernon; two brothers, Jack (Florence) Combest and Eugene Combest, both of North Vernon; three grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Sunday at Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Services with the Rev. Pat Canary officiating.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Saturday and from 10 a.m. until time of service Sunday. Burial will be at the Vernon Cemetery.
