The board of trustees of Brownstown Public Library will conduct a public hearing for the 2016 budget at 5 p.m. Sept. 15 in the conference room of the library, 120 E. Spring St.

An executive session to discuss the purchase or possible lease of property will be at 5:15 p.m. that day. Executive sessions are closed to the public and press.
