BEAVER DAM, Wis.

Donald Harris Sullivan, 95, of Beaver Dam, Wisconsin, and formerly of Seymour, passed away Tuesday, July 21, 2015, at Charleston House Memory Care in Beaver Dam.

Born April 27, 1920, in Seymour, he was the son of LeRoy and Enola Harris Sullivan, both of whom preceded him in death. On July 14, 1944, in Gallup, New Mexico, he married Marylouise Frost, who preceded him in death.

Don was in the U.S. Army and served his country for three years during World War II. He worked for Jackson County REMC as office manager for 25 years and retired in 1985.

In his retirement, he enjoyed volunteering at Schneck Medical Center, doing genealogy work and getting together with his family. He was an active member of Central Christian Church in Seymour and served as a senior elder and taught Sunday school classes.

Survivors include his two sons, Patrick (Judy) Sullivan and Gary (Jayne) Sullivan; three grandsons, Brian (Meg) Sullivan, Jeffrey (Jessica) Sullivan and Deron Sullivan; and four great-granddaughters, Kiley Sullivan, Katie Sullivan, Ella Sullivan and Moira Sullivan.

The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Central Christian Church with the Rev. Kit Bogan officiating. Burial will be at Riverview Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until time of service Saturday at the church.
