BUTLERVILLE
Tina Marie Warner, 52, of Butlerville, died at 5:10 a.m. Wednesday, July 22, 2015, at Jennings Health Care Center in North Vernon.
Survivors include daughters, Alyssa (Mitchell) Dixon and Patricia Warner, both of Butlerville; a brother, Lloyd Holton of Indianapolis; and two grandchildren.
The funeral service will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at Dove-Sharp and Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Services in North Vernon.
Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until time of service Saturday at the funeral home.
Private burial will be at Otter Creek Cemetery in Nebraska, Indiana.
Memorials may be made to the family for expenses.
