Marcia Ann Hawkins, 61, of Seymour, passed away Saturday, July 18, 2015, at her home.

Born May 27, 1954, in Seymour, she was the daughter of Robert and Mary Lou Nichter Coombs, both of whom preceded her in death.

Marcia was a member of St. Ambrose Catholic Church in Seymour. She worked in housekeeping at Seymour Place in Seymour. 

Marcia had many interests, including gardening, knitting, crossword puzzles, watching movies and playing computer games. She especially liked reading and was a member of a book club. She was a fan of the Oakland Raiders and Purdue basketball, but her biggest passion was the Dallas Cowboys.

Survivors include her three children, Aaron Scott Hawkins of North Vernon, Adam (Stacey) Hawkins of Columbus and Hannah (John) McKee of Osgood; four siblings, Steve (Diane) Coombs of Seymour, Patty (Keith) Whipker of Columbus, Ava Caudill of Seymour and Brenda (Tony) Selby of Seymour; and 15 grandchildren, Alexis Means, Teighlor Darnall, Piper Hawkins, Kimberly Zachelmeyer, MaCayla Hawkins, Michael Hawkins, Kyler Hawkins, Adison Hawkins, Benjamin Hawkins, Isabelle McKee, Emma McKee, Samuel McKee, Zaine McKee, Britni McKee and Rilee McKee.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her fiancé, Rick Cameron.

The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. today at Woodlawn Life Celebration Centre in Seymour. Burial will follow at Riverview Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until time of service today at the funeral home.
