Norma J. “Jeri” Hall, 82, of Medora, passed away at 7:55 a.m. Saturday, July 18, 2015, at Hoosier Christian Village in Brownstown.

She had graduated from Brownstown High School in 1950. She had worked at Medora Plastics Factory for many years. She loved bluegrass music and had been a member of Eastern Star at one time. In her later years, she loved to quilt. She was also a hunter and fisher. Most of all, she loved her family, especially her grandchildren.

Born Aug. 8, 1932, in Jackson County, she was the daughter of Paul and Delores Allman Phillips. She had married Kenneth L. Hall, and he preceded her in death on Sept. 23, 1999.

Survivors include two sons, Mike (Robin) Hall and Tommy Hall; two brothers, Robert (Karen) Phillips and Johnny (Patty) Phillips; two sisters, Eula Mae Hauck and Linda (Jerry) Murphy; three grandchildren, Travis Hall, Cody Hall and Haley Hall; and three great-grandchildren, Luke Hall, Stella Hall and Fiona Hall.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; and brother, Gene Phillips.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday and from 9 a.m. until time of service Wednesday at Winklepleck-Weesner Funeral Home in Brownstown.

The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home with Barry Dewitt officiating.

Burial will be at Fairview Cemetery, Brownstown.
