» What is your workout schedule?

“My normal schedule is a 30-minute workout every morning, but I will switch it up to keep my body guessing and do a few nights a week.”

» What is your favorite workout to do?

“Currently, I am doing Shaun T’s Insanity Max 30, and I love it, but my default program is the 21-Day Fix.”

» Where do you work out, and what do you like about that place?

“I work out at home in my living room, and I love it. I love that my shower and all my stuff is there, and I can eat after for maximum muscle recovery.”

» What do you eat or avoid eating to be healthy?

“I follow an 80/20 lifestyle. Eighty percent of my nutrition comes from whole foods that are as clean as possible. I drink Shakeology, which is full of super foods and gives me added supplements that our food lacks. And I save 20 percent for treats that keep me on track from binge eating.”

» What are your fitness goals?

“I have lost 55 pounds and gained a lot of muscle. I would love to gain more muscle tone and keep sharing my story to inspire others.”

» What are some fitness goals that you have achieved that you’re proud of?

“I have three small children, so I am proud to be a fit mom and help other moms get inspired to be fit for their families.”

» Are you training for any type of event, such as a marathon, triathlon, etc.?

“I am not training for any physical competitions, but I am always doing personal development and training to be a better coach. I love learning more about how I can help others with their goals.”

» How does exercising make you feel?

“I have a busy, hectic life with being a full-time employee and mom of twins and wife along with coaching others, so when I get my time to put on my favorite playlist and just follow along with my favorite trainers, it really lets me focus on me. I also feel so much stronger and full of energy.”

» What is your advice to encourage others to exercise?

“Some of you may be reading and thinking, ‘She is young’ or ‘She was a former athlete,’ but honestly, I started at the lowest part of my health. I was eating fast food for every meal, and I was out of breath just going to the grocery store. You can do it. You just have to decide to start.
