Carrie Ann Gilley and Tyler Allan Storey Cain, both of Seymour, plan to marry at 5:30 p.m. Oct. 17, 2015, at First United Methodist Church in Seymour with the reception to follow at Pewter Hall in Brownstown.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Jamie and Tammy Thixton of Columbus, and the future groom is the son of Allan and Kim Cain of Seymour.

She graduated from Columbus North High School in 2007 and Harrison College in 2010. She is employed with Skin Solutions as a medical assistant.

He graduated from Seymour High School in 2006 and is employed with Decatur Mold as a toolmaker.
