PARIS CROSSING

Mable Marie Hendrix, 89, of Paris Crossing, died at 2:15 a.m. Saturday, July 4, 2015, at Our Hospice of South Central Indiana Inpatient Facility in Columbus.

Survivors include five sons, Jerry (Linda) Hendrix and Robert (Myra) Hendrix, both of Paris Crossing, Arnold Dean (Maria) Hendrix of Commiskey, Leonard (Tamara) Hendrix Jr. of Seymour, and Johnny (Denna) Hendrix of Hope; three daughters, Shirley (Tony) Bryant and Linda Ritchison, both of Paris Crossing, and Carol (Gary) Applegate of Commiskey; a sister, Freeda Woods of Lake Stevens, Washington; 24 grandchildren; 45 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

Besides her husband, Leonard Hendrix, she was preceded in death two grandchildren; and a great-granddaughter.

A funeral service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Coffee Creek Christian Church in Paris Crossing with the Rev. Will Smith officiating.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until time of service Tuesday at the church. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Memorials may be made to the church or church cemetery fund.
