CROTHERSVILLE

Tiffany Lynn Willhite Muncy, 24, of Crothersville, died at 4:45 p.m. Friday, June 19, 2015, in Seymour as a result of a motor vehicle accident.

Survivors include her parents, Theodore C. Dudzik and Tanya Willhite Ashpaugh, both of North Vernon; a son, Brian K. Smith II; a daughter, Baylie Sharon Kay Willhite of North Vernon; a brother, Mason W. Mullikin of North Vernon; and four sisters, Erica P. Mullikin and Katelynn A. Dudzik, both of North Vernon, and McKenzie F. Brown and Emerald J. Dudzik, both of Fort Worth, Texas.

The funeral service will be at 7 p.m. Wednesday at Dove-Sharp and Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Services in North Vernon, with the Rev. Damon Marling officiating.

Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until time of service Wednesday at the funeral home. A committal service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Vernon Cemetery.

Memorials may be made through the funeral home for expenses.
