Meredith Joseph “Joey” Payne Jr., 40, of North Vernon, died Monday, June 15, 2015, in North Vernon.
Survivors include his mother, Becky Sue Jones of Scipio; his father, Meredith Joseph Sr. of Seymour; children, Brittany and Timothy Payne of Lorain, Ohio, Jasmine Payne of Seymour, Saiger Scott of Kentucky and Arabella Payne of North Vernon; five grandchildren; and two brothers, Jeremy Payne and Michael (Melissa) Payne of North Vernon.
A celebration of Joey’s life will be at 6 p.m. Friday at Woodlawn Life Celebration Centre, 311 Holiday Square Road, Seymour.
Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until service time Friday.
Memorial contributions may be made to a fund in Joey’s honor.
