SEYMOUR
Ashley D. Fisher, 30, of Seymour, died Monday, June 15, 2015, in Seymour.
Born June 15, 1985, in Centralia, Illinois, she was the daughter of Jeff Jeremiah, Melissa Shell Jeremiah and the late Kip Swisher. She was an employee of Applebee’s in Seymour and a member of Garden City Church of Christ in Columbus. She also had a Bachelor of Nursing degree.
Survivors include her husband, Darrell Fisher; a son, Lucas Fisher of Seymour; a daughter, Madison Bracken of Seymour; two brothers, Sean Jeremiah of Underwood and Adam Jeremiah of Houston, Texas; four grandparents, Adella and Ted Swisher of Salem, Illinois, Leonard Shell of Salem and Katheryn Jeremiah of San Diego. She was preceded in death by two grandparents, Linda Shell and John Jeremiah.
The funeral service will be at 6 p.m. today at Weathers Funeral Home in Salem.
Visitation will be from 2 p.m. until service time today.
