PHOENIX, Ariz.

Agnes Vivian Smith, 97, of Phoenix, Arizona, and formerly of North Vernon, died Wednesday, April 29, 2015, at Golden Memories Assisted Living.

Survivors include two sons, Steven Smith of North Vernon and Stewart Smith of Columbus; daughter, Terry Knoll of Phoenix; seven grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Smith.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in North Vernon with the Rev. Jerry Byrd officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Memorials may be made to Riley Hospital for Children.

Sawyer-Pickett Funeral and Cremation Service in North Vernon handled the arrangements.
