BROWNSTOWN

Hailee Lynn Foist, infant daughter of Kay-Lynn and Tyler Foist of Brownstown, passed away peacefully in her mother’s arms Friday, May 8, 2015, at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis.

In addition to her parents, survivors include her twin infant brother, Hayden Tyler Foist; grandparents, Jackie and Londa Perkinson and Brian and Melanie Foist; an aunt, Regina (Josh) Helton; an uncle, Brandon (Candace) Foist; great-grandparents, Jack Perkinson, Wilma Taylor and Roger and Carolyn Sue Dixon; great-great-grandmother, Jean Ackers; and cousins, Peyton Helton, Brenton Foist and Erika and Angelina Corya.

She was preceded in death by her great-grandparents, Jeanne Perkinson and Marvin and Joann Foist.

Private services were conducted at St. Vincent Hospital with the Rev. Johnnie Spivey officiating for immediate family.

Interment was in Scottsburg Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to the family in care of Collins Funeral Home in Scottsburg.

Hailee will always be remembered in our hearts and never forgotten.
