Knit night planned at Seymour Library

0

Beginners can learn to knit or crochet during Knit & Crochet Night at 6:30 p.m. Thursday and May 28 at the Seymour Library, 303 W. Second St.

This group meets on the second and fourth Thursdays of each month and is led by volunteer Georgiann Coons. Advanced knitters and crocheters may work on their projects together.

Beginners should bring short, size 7 or 8 knitting needles or a J or K crochet hook and a ball of regular worsted weight yarn. Experienced yarn-crafters may bring their current projects or try the new patterns furnished to the group.

For information, call Becky Brewer at 812-405-1833, go to myjclibrary.org/events or check the Knit & Crochet blog at myjclibraryknitcrochet.blogspot.com.
