Thomas P. “Tom” Crews, 62, of Scottsburg, formerly of Seymour, passed away Monday, May 4, 2015, at Kindred at Jewish Hospital, Louisville.

Born Dec. 13, 1952, in Milwaukee, he was the son of Fred and Marjorie Rowlands Crews, both of whom preceded him in death.

Tom was a 1973 graduate of Seymour High School and had been employed at Home Products in Seymour. He was a member of Fraternal Order of Eagles, and Moose Lodge, both of Seymour. He enjoyed bowling, reading and baseball.

Survivors include his children, Brian (Jennifer) Crews and Keith Crews; six grandchildren, Berkley Crews, Makiya Crews, Gavin Crews, Cameron Neal, Kelan Yates and Marcus Petro; and three sisters, Wendy (Harry) Taylor, Kathy (Dan) Guffey, and Shirley (Jeremy) Bridges.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a grandchild, Brody Crews.

A memorial service will be at 6 p.m. Friday at Voss Chapel with the Rev. Gary Dyer officiating. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until time of service Friday.

Memorials may be written to donor’s choice of charity. Voss & Sons Funeral and Cremation Service, Seymour, handled the arrangements.
