SEYMOUR
Dahlia McIntosh, 90, of Seymour, died at 3:08 p.m. Monday, March 30, 2015, at Covered Bridge Health Campus.
Survivors include daughter, Debbie (Donnie) Caudill of Seymour; sister-in-law, Irene Flinchum; two grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Donley McIntosh; son, Wendell; and daughter, Wilma.
A graveside service will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Horn Cemetery in Beattyville, Kentucky.
Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. today at Woodlawn Life Celebration Centre, Seymour.
Memorials can be made to donor’s choice of charity.
