Trilogy Health Services with campuses in Seymour and Columbus has planned a Caregiver’s Day Out from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday.

The event, open to everyone in the community, including family members of residents at the campuses, will be at Silver Oaks Health Campus, 2011 Chapa Drive, Columbus. Triology also operates Covered Bridge Health Campus in Seymour.

Free lunch will be served from 11 a.m. to noon. Attendees are invited to join in a discussion about caregiver burnout from noon to 1 p.m.

Then from 1 to 2 p.m., the Silver Oaks chef will be giving a cooking demonstration.

Free adult day care will be provided.
