Jonnie S. Rolph, 56, of Seymour, died at 9 p.m. Friday, Feb. 20, 2015, at Schneck Medical Center.

Survivors include a daughter, Amy Cox; a brother, Jim Kish; a sister, Julia A. Mikesell; a half brother, Jerry Sale; and a half sister, Pat McCombs.

Voss Funeral Service and Crematory in Seymour handled the services, which were private.
