NORTH VERNON

Wilma Louise Ash Clarkson, 77, of North Vernon, died Friday, Feb. 20, 2015, at Our Hospice of South Central Indiana Inpatient Facility in Columbus.

Survivors include two sons, James Edward (Edna) Clarkson of Commiskey, and Joseph Eugene (Rita) Clarkson of North Vernon; a grandson; and a sister, Dorothy Marie (Clyde) May of North Vernon.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond E. Clarkson.

The funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Sawyer-Pickett Funeral & Cremation Service, with the Rev. Marvin Sweet officiating.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until time of service at the funeral home. Burial will be in Vernon Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made through the funeral home to Riley Hospital for Children, Hospice of South Central Indiana Inpatient Facility or First United Methodist Church in North Vernon.
