The board of trustees of Brownstown Central Community School Corp. recently approved the 2015-16 calendar.

The first student day will be Aug. 11, and the final student day will be May 27, 2016, with commencement set for May 28, 2016.

The calendar includes an Oct. 19 to 23 fall break and a March 21 to 25, 2016, spring break.

Christmas vacation will begin Dec. 21 and end Jan. 4, 2016.

The calendar also includes five make-up days: Feb. 15 (Great Americans Day) and April 1, 8, 11 and 12.
