NORTH VERNON

Betty Jean Jones, 83, of North Vernon died at 10:05 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 15, 2015, at Schneck Medical Center in Seymour.

Survivors include her son, Wesley Dean (Susan) Jones of North Vernon; two daughters, Ladonna (Wesley) Hyden of Frankfort, and Debra (Dick) Wilson of North Vernon; five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Irvin L. Jones.

The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Services in North Vernon with the Bro. Ricky Persons officiating.

Visitation will be from 3 to 7 p.m. Wednesday and one hour prior to the service on Thursday. Burial will be in Vernon Cemetery.
