VERNON

Frances I. Smith, 93, of Vernon, died at 4:54 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 12, 2015, at her residence.

Survivors include her daughter, Sheila Kell; four grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Smith.

A funeral service will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Services in North Vernon. Visitation will be from 11:30 a.m. until time of service Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery in Red Bluff, California.

Memorials may be made through the funeral home to St. Mary’s School in North Vernon.
