SEYMOUR
Carolyn L. Monical, 62, of Seymour, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 10, 2015, following a long illness.
Born June 4, 1952, in Evansville, she was the daughter of James H. and Edith A. Williamson Monical.
Carolyn was a member of The Tabernacle and a homemaker and caregiver.
Survivors include her sisters, Veva M. (Terry) Pack and Thelma Bayes.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Judith A. Monical; and a brother-in-law, Michael Bayes.
The funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Voss Chapel with the Rev. Larry Arrowood officiating.
Visitation will be from 8:30 a.m. until time of service Saturday.
Burns Funeral Home in Cloverport, Kentucky, will be conducting the burial and graveside service at 12:30 p.m. CST at Cloverport Cemetery.
Memorial donations may be made to The Tabernacle of Seymour.
