The Leadership Jackson County ValenTimes 10K Run and 5K Walk/Run is set for 9 a.m. Feb. 18, starting at Seymour High School, 1350 W. Second St.
Registration is underway online at indianatiming.com or signmeup.com/118357. Paper registration forms are available at Seymour City Hall, 309 N. Chestnut St.
The cost is $15 to enter one of the three races, and it’s $5 more to include a dry wick  running shirt. On the day of the race, the registration fee is $25.
Proceeds will benefit Leadership Jackson County’s youth leadership program, YoJack.
The program, which is for seventh-grade students with eighth-graders as mentors, has been around for more than a decade. For the first time this year, there are two sessions — one going on now and another one set for the fall.
