Storytime, crafts planned for library day

The Jackson County Public Library will celebrate Take Your Child to the Library Day on Saturday.

Participants can experience the library as an inviting and exciting place to enjoy playing, reading and spending time with a child, according to a news release from the library.

To participate, visit the Seymour Library at 303 W. Second St. for Milk & Cookies Family Storytime at 11 a.m. and at 2 p.m. for Art in the Afternoon. The Crothersville Library also will have a take home craft and cookies from noon to 5 p.m. Saturday.
