SCOTTSBURG

Hazel “Jean” Moore, 88, of Scottsburg, died at 2:36 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 14, 2015, at Scott Memorial Hospital in Scottsburg.

Survivors include her husband of 61 years, Raymond L. Moore of Scottsburg; daughter, Rita (Jerry) Davis of Indianapolis; one granddaughter; four great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and sisters, Ileane Hickerson of Crothersville and Marie Hall of Franklin.

The funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Adams Family Funeral Homes & Crematory in Crothersville, with the Rev. Kurt Walker officiating. Burial will follow at Cana Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Saturday and from 1 p.m. until time of service Sunday at the funeral home.
