A holiday program for teens — Teen Café — is being offered by Jackson County Public Library.

High school students are invited to enjoy coffee, hot chocolate, cookies and some holiday fun at 4:30 p.m. Dec. 15 in the Teen Scene at Seymour Library, 303 W. Second St.
