Jackson County Edward Jones branch team members qualify for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Conference

Three Edward Jones branch team members from Jackson County have qualified for the firm’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Conference to be held Monday, Oct. 21, through Wednesday. Oct. 23.in St. Louis.

The three are financial advisors Tonja Couch and Andrea Hall and Cidnee Donnell, a senior branch office administrator.

Edward Jones invites participants across all roles to sharpen their business acumen and foster more inclusive environments where diverse perspectives can thrive.

More than 400 Edward Jones financial advisors, client support teammates and home office associates are invited to attend. They will gain knowledge on topics as varied as client attraction and community engagement to disability inclusion and belonging.

“This year’s event is themed ‘Connecting Through Collaboration, Culture and Action’ because building bridges across gaps and cross-culturally is vital to creating a place where everyone can feel seen, heard, respected and valued,” said Jennifer Kingston, Edward Jones Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. “We hope qualifiers will leave better than when they arrived, fortified in ways that will help them lead more inclusively and strengthen our firm.”

Attendees earned these coveted seats by generating positive impact on continuous learning and inclusive leadership.
