As temperatures are on the rise these next several days, it’s important to be able to find places to cool down for all Hoosiers, including those in Jackson County.

Some of Jackson County’s cooling centers include the Jackson County Public Library, the Crothersville Public Library and the Medora Public Library.

To find your nearest cooling center, Indiana 211 can be contacted by calling 2-1-1 or 866-211-9966. These community navigators are available at all times and can provide updated locations and hours for cooling centers.
