The Seymour Common Council will meet at 7 p.m. tonight in the council chambers at city hall, 301-309 N. Chestnut St., Seymour.

The agenda includes an update from the Governmental Affairs Committee on appointing a City Council Attorney and Mary Hurt will be present to discuss fireworks.
