The Loyal Devoir Society met at 6 p.m. June 25 at Central Christian Church in Seymour with Group 2 under the leadership of Retia Murphy.

President Paula Stafford thanked the group for the decorated tables in the Fourth of July theme. There is no meeting in July.

Joellen Robison read a prayer for devotions.

Judy McDonald read the minutes and Betty Guinn gave the treasurer’s report. Both were approved.

Under old business, Janice Brock cleared the dates for the rummage sale which is Aug. 2-3.

Sales of cards and Rada knives will be held at the church on Sept. 29.

The meeting closed with the Mizpah Benediction.
