The Schneck Medical Center board of trustees plans to meet in executive session at noon Wednesday in the boardroom of the hospital, 411 W. Tipton St., Seymour.

The purpose of the session — closed to the public and press — is to discuss pending or threatened litigation and job performance or evaluation of individual employees; and to engage in strategic planning.
