The Seymour Plan Commission will meet at 5 p.m. Dec. 14 in the council chambers at city hall, 301-309 N. Chestnut St., Seymour.

The agenda includes consideration of approval of the purchase of the Community Agency Building, J.D. Roberts and Jerry Roberts with Banzai Properties LLC requesting to rezone the properties in the 1300 block of Colonial Drive, 639 and 641 Barnard Lane and 643 S. Airport Road from R-1 (single-family residential) and C-2 (general commercial) to I-2 (heavy industrial) and Isaac Ramos Juan requesting a land use variance at 719 E. Fifth St. to open an auto repair shop out of an existing garage.
