The Seymour Common Council will meet at 7 p.m. Monday in the council chambers at city hall, 301-309 N. Chestnut St., Seymour.
The agenda includes a statement of benefits from Cummins Inc. (one personal property and one real estate), second reading of an ordinance authorizing the issuance of general obligation bonds for the purpose of providing funds to pay for certain capital improvements and incidental expenses and introduction of an ordinance to change the name of a portion of Lasher Drive.
Also, introduction of ordinances to rezone property at 1060 E. 16th St. and 636 N. Walnut St. and introduction of resolutions approving tax abatements for Cummins for qualified personal property and real estate improvements.
