On or after Monday, Indiana Department of Transportation maintenance crews will begin conducting daily closures in Jackson County for culvert replacement work.

The Indiana Department of Transportation maintenance crews are scheduled to conduct threw daily closures to begin culvert replacement work in Jackson County, starting Monday.

Each closure is expected to last up to one day, weather permitting.

Daily closures are currently scheduled on State Road 258 at mile marker 10 between Seymour and Cortland from approximately 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday; on State Road 258 at mile marker 3 between Freetown and Cortland from approximately 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday; and on State Road 235 at mile marker 6 between Medora and U.S. 50 from approximately 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday.

INDOT reminds motorists to slow down, use caution and drive distraction-free in and near work zones. All work is weather-dependent and schedules are subject to change.
