Healthy Minds, Healthy Lives is planning three free workshops across the state, including one in Seymour, for those in the agricultural community.

The local workshop will be from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Jan. 18 at the Community Foundation of Jackson County, 107 Community Drive, Seymour.

The workshops will focus on mental health, stress reduction, telehealth and the availability of state and national resources. The other workshops are planned for 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Feb. 18 at the Firemen’s Building in Warsaw and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Feb. 22 at Ivy Tech Community College in Logansport.
