FamilyWize and Walgreens are partnering again this year with Covering Kids and Families of United Way to provide free flu vaccines to the uninsured and underinsured in the community.

The process has been set up to be contactless this year to be as safe as possible during the COVID-19 pandemic while still ensuring everyone gets a flu vaccine.

Visit jacsy.org/freeflushots and complete the form, making sure to provide your ZIP code and a valid email address that you check often.

The deadline to complete and submit the form is Sept. 30. Quantities are limited, and flu shots are first-come, first-served.

In a few weeks, you will receive a message from FamilyWize with your flu vaccine voucher, which you will then present at Walgreens when receiving your vaccine.
