The Seymour Department of Public Works will begin leaf pickup at residences Monday Oct. 21, weather permitting.

The city is asking city residents to rake leaves as close to the curb as possible. The leaves need to be free of branches and other trash items and not placed in or near catch basins.

There is no need to call for this service.

As in the past, the leaf pickup schedule will be one day after trash day for city residents.
