The Crothersville Town Council will have an executive meeting at 6 p.m. Thursday at Crothersville Town Hall, 111 E. Howard St.

The purpose of the meeting, closed to the public and press, is to discuss pending litigation.

Then at 6:30 p.m., there will be a special meeting, which is open to the public and press. Jerry Boley will address the council, and other agenda items include sewer access for Sims Bark Co. and a contract for combined sewer overflow bond financial adviser services.
