Mrs. Edna L. Hallow, 96, of Seymour, passed away on Friday, March 09, 2018 at Covered Bridge. She was born in Jackson County on October 15, 1921, the daughter of the late Henry and Lillian (Bobb) Kilgas.

Funeral services will be held at Voss & Sons Funeral Service on Tuesday, March 13 at 1pm with Rev. Philip Bloch officiating. Burial will follow at Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery.

Family and friends may call at Voss & Sons Funeral Service on Monday from 5-7 pm and on Tuesday from 12 noon until time of service.

On December 25, 1949, she married Virgil M. Hallow; he preceded her in death on March 7, 2002. Edna was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church. She had been employed at the Gold Mine Clothing Store in Seymour. She was a member of Phi Beta Psi Sorority.

Edna is survived by her son, Tim (Cheryl) Hallow; grandchildren, Christopher Hallow and Jordan Hallow(fiancee, Amy Adams); step-grandchildren, Andrew (Megan) Roark and Jared Roark; step-great-grandchild, Kohlie Reed; sister, Alice Rebber; and brother, Delbert Kilgas.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; brother, Roger Kilgas; and sister, Dorothy Kilgas.
