A Medora man faces multiple drug charges after a five-month investigation, police report.

Robert England, 64, was arrested Tuesday on two Level 2 felony counts of dealing methamphetamine and one Level 4 felony count of dealing methamphetamine.

England was arrested Tuesday during an undercover operation, according to a news release from Jackson County Sheriff’s Department Detective Ben Rudolph.

Police obtained a search warrant for England’s home and found 95 grams of methamphetamine, Schedule II controlled substances, marijuana, $8,770 in cash, a firearm, drug paraphernalia and marijuana growing in a garage, Rudolph said.

Rudolph, who conducted the investigation with the help of county detectives Jeff Walters, Bob Lucas and Tom Barker and Lt. Andy Wayman, said England could face additional charges related to the items found during the search of his home and garage.

A Level 2 felony is punishable by anywhere from 10 and 30 years in prison if convicted.
