Mary Elaine Begley, 84, Seymour, went to be with the Lord, Friday February 2, 2018, at Schneck Medical Center, with all of her family by her side.

Mary was born on January 31, 1934 in Louisville, Kentucky to Mary Hardin Riley. Mary retired from Schneck Medical Center after devoting 22 plus years of service in the housekeeping department. Mary dearly loved her family. She loved spending time with them and her friends. She was a loving grandmother of 10 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.

She enjoyed gardening, bargain shopping and reading her Bible. Mary loved the Lord and was a faithful member of the Lighthouse Tabernacle in Crothersville. She touched the lives of many and will be missed dearly.

Ms. Begley is survived by her Children, Kathryn Ross, Karen (Billy) Marcott and Patrick (Gina) Schoenfelder; grandchildren, Karlie (Caleb) Henderson, Jordan Schoenfelder, Rick Skaggs, Rachel (Elijah) Whipker, Bob (Shannon) Skaggs, Jason(Julie) Skaggs, Clayton Ross, Ruby (Toby) Atha, Pam (Jon) Kindel and Tom (Jerrica) McDonald; 15 great-grandchildren; brothers, Jerry Riley and Eddie Riley; sisters Johnita Meeks and Linda Hall; and several nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her mother; and son, Gilbert Schoenfelder.

Funeral service will be at Voss & Sons Funeral Service on Wednesday, February 7, 2018 at 1:00 pm with Pastor Jerry Miles officiating. Burial will follow at Riverview Cemetery.

Family and friends may gather at Voss & Sons Funeral Service on Tuesday, February 6, 2018 from 4 to 8 pm and on Wednesday from 12 noon until time of service.

Memorial donation may be written to The Lighthouse Tabernacle or the American Diabetes Association, in Care of Voss & Sons Funeral Service.
