COLUMBUS

Joseph Donald Cox, 76, of Columbus died at 10:38 a.m. Friday, June 23, 2017, at his home.

Survivors include his wife, Audrey; son, Joseph D. (Dana) Cox of Seymour; daughters, Janet K. (Christopher) Chapple of Columbus and Joyce A. (Russell) Neville of Columbus; sisters, Edna Akers of Seymour, Doris (Cecil) Key of Columbus, Denise Lee of Seymour and Sandy (Gordon) Lambert of Scipio; and two grandchildren.

The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home with Pastor Mark Teike officiating.

Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. today and from 9 a.m. until time of service Tuesday at the funeral home. Interment with military honors will be at Unity Cemetery.
