BUTLERVILLE

Kevin Lee Woolf, 54, of Butlerville died at 6 p.m. Sunday, March 12, 2017, at his home.

Survivors include his ex-wife and caregiver, Angie Woolf of Butlerville; sons, Charlie Woolf and Samuel Woolf, both of Butlerville; daughter, Rachel Woolf of Butlerville; parents, Glen and Carol Woolf of Butlerville; and stepson, Roger Lyall of Moline, Illinois.

The funeral service will be at 4 p.m. Saturday at Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Services in North Vernon.

Visitation will be from 2 p.m. until time of service Saturday.

Memorials may be made for expenses.
