NORTH VERNON

Olive Lavonne Hartwell, 88, of North Vernon, died at 12:10 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 24, 2015, at Jennings Health Care Center in North Vernon.

Survivors include her husband, Phillip “Keno” Hartwell of North Vernon; a son, Roger (Lisa) Carmer of North Vernon; five daughters, Cathy (Donald) Shuler, Betty (Richard) Schneider, Judy (Ray) Mullikin and Shelly (Larry) Biehle, all of North Vernon, and Connie (David) Geis of Seymour; 14 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by a son.

The funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Dove-Sharp and Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 420 S. State St. in North Vernon. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until time of service Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Baldwin Cemetery in Vernon.
